Happy fall equinox! I love the changing of seasons as it brings in a fresh, new slate within the year—a reset of sorts. I’m counting down the days until it’s a bit cooler, a little earlier dusk, and the changing leaves, of course. - Erin

Season Study: An Open-Ended Lesson

I also love the changing seasons because we enjoy doing a “season study” with our son. It’s so easy and requires nothing more than your time and patience. We often return to the same trail or set of woods, and it’s there that we begin to study how the seasons work.
